The Meadow was a live client project with real-world implications, developed in a team of three in response to a brief set by Delapré Abbey for their new Wellness Centre. We were tasked with creating a café concept that could be realised as a fully functioning space, with the requirement for it to operate differently across the day serving as a calm, welcoming environment for visitors during the daytime, before transitioning into a more social and energetic setting in the evening, hosting events such as live music and comedy nights. Working collaboratively, we developed and pitched our proposal directly to the clients, with our concept selected from across the cohort to be taken forward.
